How To Make sour cream corn bread

1Heat the butter in an 8 X 8 baking pan or an 8-inch cast-iron skillet at 350 until melted, tilting the pan to coat.

2Combine the corn, sour cream, cornmeal, onion and the eggs in a bowl and mix well.

3Pour in the melted butter and mix well.

4Spoon into the prepared pan.

5Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
