How To Make sinfully addictive garlic bread

1Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees: Place peeled garlic cloves in food processor with butter and olive oil. Pulse until combined. Add capers. Continue to pulse. Season with salt and pepper. Remove.

2Slice bread in half lengthwise but not all the way through. With a pastry brush, spread garlic butter on both sides of bread covering well. Place a piece of cheese along the loaf to cover; Close the loaf; With the pastry brush, spread the garlic butter on both sides of the outside of the loaf of Ciabatta.
