Ingredients For sharons dumplings

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 c
    milk

How To Make sharons dumplings

  • 1
    Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • 2
    Combine oil and milk.
  • 3
    While stirring slowly add milk and oil to the flour mixture. Stir till smooth.

    Drop by spoonful into boiling broth. Poking them down into the broth as necessary.

    Cover and steam 12-15 min on low. (If using in crockpot leave turned to high.)
