Ingredients For salsa bruschetta

1long loaf sour dough or french bread

1 1/2 lbtomatoes

2 Tbspolive oil

1bunch cilantro, chopped fine

6cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tspred pepper flakes

3/4 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded
How To Make salsa bruschetta

1Set oven to broil.

2Slice loaf of bread down the middle and brown slightly under the broiler.

3In a bowl, mix tomatoes, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, red pepper and cheese.

4Cover cut side of bread with tomato mixture.

5Place under broiler until the whole thing begins to brown and the cheese begins to melt - about 2 minutes.

6Remove and slice into serving size pieces.
