1 Tbsphoney

1 1/2 cwater at 100-110 degrees

1 1/2 tspsalt

4 cflour

2 tspminced garlic

1/2 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make quick garlic, parmesan french bread

1In the bowl of a mixer mix your yeast, honey, and water. Cover and let sit for about 15 minutes, until bubbly.

2Add your flour, and salt, mix using a dough hook (or knead by hand) for about 5 minutes or until nice and smooth. Add in the garlic and Parmesan cheese until incorporated.

3On a floured counter divide the dough in half and shape into 2 loaves. If you want lines sliced into the top slice them now. Cover with a dishtowel and let rise for 20 minutes.

4Brush the tops of the loaves with olive oil , place on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting.
