Ingredients For pepperoni cheese quick bread

  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    bottled italian dressing
  • 5 oz
    jar old english cheese spread, softened
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2-3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    soda
  • 3-4 oz
    (1 cup) diced pepperoni or summer sausage
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper

How To Make pepperoni cheese quick bread

    Preheat oven to 350^. Generously grease bottom & sides of a 9x5 loaf pan. In large bowl, blend first 4 ingredients until smooth. By hand, stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened.

    Pour batter into greased pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan. Best served warm. Store in refrigerator.
