This is one of my husband's favorite recipes! Any big game and he thinks I should make them! I serve them with some garlic butter on the side.

Ingredients For pepperoni rolls

1 pkgfrozen dinner yeast rolls, such as bridgeford

1 pkgpepperoni slices

2 cgrated mozzerella cheese
How To Make pepperoni rolls

1Heat oven to 200 degrees and then turn off. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray. Put individual frozen yeast rolls on the cookie sheets, cover with wax paper and then a kitchen towel. Put in warm oven for 1 hour.

2After the hour, take out rolls. Using your hands, flatten the roll into a circle, then add some mozzerella cheese, followed by 2-4 slices of pepperoni. Pinch sides up around the cheese and meat and place pinched side on the cookie sheet.

3Let rise again for an hour.

4Take out risen rolls out oven and cut oven on, preheating it to 350 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with garlic butter or marinara sauce!
