Oh my! and they are sooooo easy to make. Do not remain alone in a room with these, or there will be none to serve to your guests.

Ingredients For pepperoni puffs

3/4 cflour

3/4 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspdried oregano (i used ground)

3/4 cmilk
-
1egg, lightly beaten

4 ozmozzarella cheese (i used pepper jack)

4 ozpepperoni. diced (i used boarhead stick pepperoni)

1/2 cspaghetti or pizza sauce (i use newman's sockaroni)

2 Tbspfresh basil, diced (i was out but will use it next time)
How To Make pepperoni puffs

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan (I used shortning spray)

3In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and oregano

4Whisk in milk and egg

5Stir in pepperoni and cheese

6Let stand 10 inutes

7Stir and divide among the baking cups
-
8Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Until puffed and golden.

9Heat sauce and sprinkle half the basil over the sauce and half over the puffs, if desired.
