Ingredients For pepperoni pizza bread for bread machine

  • 11/4 c
    water
  • 3 c
    bread flour
  • 1/3 c
    shredded mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano leaves
  • 1 3/4 tsp
    bread machine yeast
  • 2/3 c
    sliced pepperoni

How To Make pepperoni pizza bread for bread machine

    Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except pepperoni in bread machine. Add more water if needed. Add pepperoni as the raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Select basic/ white cycle. Use light or medium crust color. Do not use delay cycle.
