Ingredients For parmesan zucchini loaf

3 call purpose flour

3 Tbspparmesan cheese,grated or shredded

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

2eggs

1 cbuttermilk

1/3 csugar

1/3 cmelted margerine

1 cshredded zucchini

1 Tbspfinely chopped onion (i like to add a bit more, up to 3 tbsp.
How To Make parmesan zucchini loaf

1Combine first 5 ingredients.

2Beat eggs,buttermilk,sugar and melted margerine. Stir into dry ingredients just until mixed.

3Fold in zucchini and onion.

4Pour into sprayed and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan to rack to cool.
