Ingredients For *** mom's breakfast blteoc sandwich ***

2 piecesbacon, cooked

2 slicebread, toasted

2 Tbspbutter
-
2 Tbspmy heirloom tomato sandwich sauce recipe (see below) or peanut butter

lettuce leaves
-
tomato, sliced about 1/4

onion, sliced about 1/4
-
2eggs, fried (fry it so yolk is hard - unless you want yolk running down your hands while eating this - lol!)

salt & pepper, to taste

2 slicevelveeta cheese
How To Make *** mom's breakfast blteoc sandwich ***

1Cook bacon & toast bread.

2After bread is toasted, butter 1 slice of bread with butter (top) & the other slice with heirloom tomato mixture (bottom).

3Place a slice of velveeta on each slice of bread. To the bottom slice, add (in order) lettuce, onion, tomato (salt & pepper tomato slice) & bacon.

4Fry your eggs, seasoned to taste with salt & pepper, once done place on top of bacon, close sandwich & enjoy!
