    ballard cornbread mix
  • 1-1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    cream style corn
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    soda
  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz
    mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6-10
    mexican hot peppers
  • 1 lb
    hot sausage

How To Make mexican corn bread

  • 1
    Put 1/4 cup bacon grease into pan. Let get hot. Pour 1/2 of cornbread batter in pan. Put cheeses, hot peppers, and meat in. Pour other 1/2 of cornbread batter on top.
