Ingredients For jalapeno cornbread

1/4 cvegetable oil

1 cyellow cornmeal
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
2-3 Tbspjalapeno peppers-chopped
-
1/2 conions-chopped
-
1/2 cgreen onions-chopped
-
1 cancream style corn
-
1 cmilk
-
1 tspsalt
-
2 lgeggs-beaten
-
1 ccheddar cheese-shredded
-
extra cheese for top
How To Make jalapeno cornbread

1Preheat oven to 350'. Put oil in cast iron skillet (or oven proof skillet) to heat as oven heats.

2Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

3Once oil is heated (I usually let heat until oven is done preheating) add oil to bowl. Stirring well.

4Pour mixture into hot skillet. Sprinkle cheese over the top.

5Bake for 50-60 minutes.
