Ingredients For "jalapeno & cheddar "rise" again"

3 cbread flour

1 pkgfleischmans yeast

1 Tbspsugar

1 1/2 cextrasharp cheddar grated

2 Tbspdiced jalapeno pepper (jar type) drained

1 cwarm water (100* - 110*)
How To Make "jalapeno & cheddar "rise" again"

1In a Large bowl combine Sugar, Yeast packet & 1 cup warm water. Mix well and allow to dissolve about 2-3 minutes. Add Bread Flour, Cheddar Cheese & Jalapeno, stirring well until a ball forms, Knead about 20 good times with your lightly floured hands, Place dough on greased baking sheet and form into a 8" x 4" loaf....cover and let rise for 25 minutes.

2Pre-heat oven to 400* After dough has risen take a very sharp knife and cut 3 slits across the top of the loaf. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown, remove to a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes before serving.
