Ingredients For jalapeno cheddar & bacon cornbread

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    cornmeal
  • 3 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3
    beaten eggs
  • 2 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1
    can cream corn
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4-5
    pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4-5
    jalapenos chopped fine (seeds removed)
  • 2 tsp
    garlic minced

How To Make jalapeno cheddar & bacon cornbread

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients together and pour into 2 small or 1 large buttered baking dish. Bake for 30-35 mins in a 400 degree preheated oven. If making muffins adjust cooking time accordingly.
