How To Make irish soda bread

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in raisins and caraway seeds. Mix in buttermilk to make a semi-sticky dough.

2Knead 3 to 5 minutes on a floured surface. Shape into a ball.

3Bake in an oiled and floured round cake pan for about 1 hour. Bread is done when you tap it with your knuckle and it makes a hollow sound.
