This is my absolute favorite banana bread recipe. The combination of bananas and pineapple gives the bread a wonderful taste.

Ingredients For hawaiian banana bread

3 call-purpose flour

2 cgranulated sugar

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 cchopped nuts (optional)

1 tspcinnamon

3 lgeggs, beaten

1 1/2 cvegetable oil

2 cmashed bananas (about 4 medium size)

1 cancrushed pineapple with juice (8 oz)

2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make hawaiian banana bread

1Combine dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and set aside.

2Combine remaining ingredients.

3Add to dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is moistened.

4Put in two greased and floured loaf pans or muffin pans.

5Bake at 350 F.

6Bake for 1 hour for loaf pans.

7Bake for 25 min for muffin pans.
