This is my own experiment with gluten free bread. Bisquick GF is rather cheap compared to other GF mixes you buy so I do a lot of experimenting. Today I made this one. To save time chop onions, peppers and pepperoni (or the meat you want to use) the day before. Mix and bake the next day. I had these items left from making a pizza the day before. It made such a pretty loaf of bread. The colors of the pepperoni and green peppers made it look like a Christmas bread. Serve as a side or a snack with butter, cream cheese, onion dip, etc. Next time I will use hot sausage!

Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x5 loaf pan. Mix all the ingredients by hand with a spatula or spoon until all the dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into the loaf pan and bake 45 - 50 minutes. Check with a toothpick at 45 minutes. If still wet add 5 minutes and check again. Cool completely and slice to thickness you want. Store in freezer and get out slices as needed.

SUGGESTIONS: Use precooked hot sausage, crumble and drain off grease on paper towels. Mix up the peppers using all the different colors together. Adding the garlic cuts down on the sweet taste that GF Bisquick has. I even add Italian seasonings sometime although I didn't in this recipe. I make the GF Bisquick recipe for Pizza Crust and add Italian seasonings to it. Experiment like I did until you find something you like.
