3 cgluten-free flour (i use bob's red mill)

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspsea salt

1/4 csugar substitute (i use powdered bocha sweet)

1 bottlebeer (i use regular corona, room temp)

2 Tbspsalted butter, melted
How To Make gluten-free beer bread

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2Sift all dry ingredients together into a large bowl. Add the beer and mix gently, just until incorporated. Don't overmix to keep bread tender.

3Pour melted butter on top and bake 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry when poked into the middle of loaf.

4Remove from oven and let sit in pan 10 minutes. Invert onto plate and slice with electric knife.
