Tender and a hint of sweetness, this gluten-free beer bread is great with butter and honey or even molasses. Perfect to have with hot soup on a cold day.

Ingredients For gluten-free beer bread

  • 3 c
    gluten-free flour (i use bob's red mill)
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 c
    sugar substitute (i use powdered bocha sweet)
  • 1 bottle
    beer (i use regular corona, room temp)
  • 2 Tbsp
    salted butter, melted

How To Make gluten-free beer bread

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    Sift all dry ingredients together into a large bowl. Add the beer and mix gently, just until incorporated. Don't overmix to keep bread tender.

    Pour melted butter on top and bake 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry when poked into the middle of loaf.

    Remove from oven and let sit in pan 10 minutes. Invert onto plate and slice with electric knife.
