This is an easy recipe and can be altered to any bread recipe you have . Can also use black olives or add anything to it , Flax seed or chia seed . Make it gluten-free by using almond flour or other gluten free flour mix . Onion bread anyone ? Just add chopped onion ! Have fun !

Ingredients For garlic stuffed olive loaf beer bread

  • 10 16 lg
    garlic stuffed olives / sliced
  • 1 2 oz
    beer ( ale , pilsner , lager or apple ale
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 41/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    self rising flour /sifted

How To Make garlic stuffed olive loaf beer bread

    Preheat oven to 375 Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
  • 2
    Mix all DRY ingredients in bowl
  • 3
    Slowly pour beer into bowl , mix with a wooden spoon if you have one
  • 4
    Fold your garlic stuffed olives into batter
  • 5
    Put batter in loaf pan , bake for 50-55 min . let cool for at least 10-15 min , then loaf should come right out of your pan. Slice as needed as not to let bread dry out
