Ingredients For favorite garlic yeast bread (machine)

  • 2/3 c
    water (70 to 80 degrees)
  • 2 tsp
    butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 clove
    of garlic, minced
  • 2 c
    bread flour (i also use all purpose flour)
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried rosemary crushed
  • 1/8 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1 3/4 tsp
    active dry yeast

How To Make favorite garlic yeast bread (machine)

    In bread machine, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting.

    Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine. (Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 Tablespoons of water or flour IF needed.)
