I bake my own bread because I am loathe to buy bread since it's cheaper to make it, and also I'm almost always allergic to something that's in store-bought bread, or something that's in it triggers my migraines, and THIS bread recipe is safe for me to eat, delicious, and it fits my lazy lifestyle perfectly. There are a few "no-knead bread" recipes out there, so I adapted this one to suit my needs. This results in a warm, chewy, yeasty bread that isn't too sweet and is perfect for sandwiches. It's my go-to bread recipe when I have no bread and need some, because it's so easy.
