Kicked up a notch easy peasy cornbread, almost Mexican but no peppers. If you want a little heat use pepper jack cheese. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For easy cornbread

1 cvegetable oil

4eggs
-
2 cself-rising cornmeal

2sm cans of creamed corn

2 csour cream

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make easy cornbread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. I put my 10" seasoned cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up at this time.

2In a large measuring cup, measure out the oil and add the 4 eggs and beat till eggs are broken and you do not have to make an emulsion. Set aside.

3In medium mixing bowl put cornmeal and add the oil mixture, mix until blended then add the remaining ingredients. Pour into your heated skillet and bake for 30 minutes.
