A different version of garlic bread...nicely crispy, crunchy and not too much garlic. Of course if you want more garlic...add more! (from an Easy to Bake Easy to Make recipe)

Ingredients For crispy garlic toast

1/2 colive oil

1/2 cbutter, melted

6 clovegarlic, peeled (or more if you like!)

3 1/8 Tbspwater

2baguettes
-
sea or kosher salt
How To Make crispy garlic toast

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2Combine olive oil and melted butter in a measuring cup. Place garlic cloves and water in a blender. Blend on medium speed, gradually adding butter mixture, until garlic is pureed.

3Cut baguettes into 1/4 inch thick slices.

4Arrange bread slices on ungreased baking sheets. Brush garlic butter generously onto one side of the bread slices. Sprinkle with sea salt or ground kosher salt.

5Bake until crisp, 5-7 minutes.
