Ingredients For cornbread salad

    cake of cornbread, crumbled
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 3 md
    green onions,chopped
  • 1 lg
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jar
    your favorite jar of salsa
  • 1-8 oz
    container sour cream
  • 2 can
    ranch style beans,drained
  • 1 c
    hellmans mayo- (no subs)
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated cheddar cheese or 3 cheese

How To Make cornbread salad

  • 1
    LAYER 1/2 OF CORNBREAD IN BOTTOM OF A LARGE DISH.POUR ONE CAN OF BEANS OVER BREAD. CHOP VEGGIES AND PUT 1/2 OVER BEANS OR ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE. MIX 1 CUP OF SOUR CREAM WITH A JAR SALSA AND 1 CUP OF MAYO. POUR 1/2 OVER VEGGIES.TOP WITH GRATED CHEESE.REPEAT LAYERS ENDING WITH CHEESE. LET CHILL FOR SEVERAL HOURS. THE LONGER IT CHILLS THE BETTER IT IS . ( SERVES A BIG CROWD ).
