Ingredients For corn bread pie

1 1/2 lbground beef

1 lgonion
-
1 cantomato soup
-
2 cwater
-
3 Tbspchili powder

1/2 cfresh jalapeno, seeded and diced (or pablano)

1 1/2 cfrozen corn

1 boxcornbread mix (prepared according to box)
How To Make corn bread pie

1Brown beef and onion in skillet, drain fat and add the rest of the ingredients (except corn bread) mix well and simmer 15 minutes.

2in individual greased ramekins or a 9x9 glass baking dish put meat mixture and cover with cornbread mix.

3Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until golden
