1/4 csugar

2 Tbspdry yeast

4 to 5 cflour

1 cshreddd mozzarella cheese
- TOPPING

1 Tbspparmesan cheese

1/2 tspbasil

1/4 tsporegano

1/2 tspgarlic powder

4 Tbspmelte butter
How To Make cheesy italian pan bread

1spray a 13x9 baking pan

2in a saucepan bring water to a boil, add oats and butter. let cool
-
3combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.add oat mixture and egg.

4blend low speed of electric mixer. beat 3 minutes medium speed
-
5stir in 1 3/4 cups to 2 1/2 cups flour and cheese to form stiff dough

6knead 5 minutes adding more flour if needed

7cover and let rise 15 minutes

8press into prepared baking pan

9cut in diaginal 1 1/2" apart. cut completely thru with sharp knife.

10let rise 45 minutes

11redefine cut marks and bake 375 degrees 15 minutes

12spoon melted butter over and then sprinkle with topping *the dry ingredients that have been blended together.*

13bake another 10 to 15 minutes
