I fell in love with the picture of this recipe and once I read the ingredients, I was hooked. By the way, I understand you can't even taste the mayonnaise. Recipe & photo: realmomkitchen.com

How To Make cheesy garlic bread
-
1In a medium-sized bowl, stir together cheese, mayonnaise, butter, and garlic until thoroughly mixed.
-
2Spread the mixture evenly over the cut side of each bread loaf half. Sprinkle onions evenly over the cheese mixture.
-
3Place the bread, spread side up, on a cookie sheet or aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 7 minutes.
-
4Turn oven to broil setting and broil the bread for 3 minutes.
-
5Tear or slice bread into serving-size pieces and serve hot.
-
6NOTE: This recipe has been edited. Instead of 1 cup mayo, I have reduced it to 1/4 cup. In my opinion, 1 cup was much too much.
