This is a similar recipe as other bread made with beer. This has no salt because the bacon is salty enough. The flavors of the Hurricane beer with the bacon and cheese blend together very well. This bread is great with soup, salad and pasta..I think you will enjoy this flavorful bread- of course if you only want to use regular malt beer that will work well also....Enjoy as my family does...

3 Tbspbutter, melted

6 slicethick bacon, fried and chopped, reserve grease.

3 call purpose flour

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 Tbspbaking powder
-
1/2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

11 .5 ozbud light mixx tail beer-hurricane flavor

2 tspbacon grease, melted
How To Make cheesy fruity bacon bread

1Heat oven to 350^. Line a 9x5 inch bread pan with non-stick foil...spray pan and pour the melted butter on the foil;set aside.

2In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the chopped bacon, to coat then add the cheese and blend to coat well.

3Slowly add the flavored beer mixx and stir with a wooden spoon until the batter is moistened evenly. Spoon the batter into the pan evenly. Drizzle the melted bacon grease on top.

4Bake 60 to 65 minutes. Test with a wooden toothpick for doneness. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

5Remove from pan and cool completely before slicing; any leftovers should be stored in a plastic bag at room temperature...Enjoy!
