Ingredients For beer cheese bread

  • 2 1/2 c
    plain flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dried sage
  • 12 oz
    can of beer
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make beer cheese bread

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 375. Grease and flour a 9 inch loaf pan.
  • 2
    Mix all dry ingredients, stir in beer and cheese until well blended.

    Spread evenly in pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
