2 1/2 tspactive dry yeast

How To Make candi's sesame burger buns

1warm milk to 115* add egg yolk, oil, yeast and brown sugar add flour and salt Mix thoroughly cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place for 1 hour

2punch down dough and knead for about 5 minutes on floured surface. Separate & shape into 10 buns for hamburgers.

3place on greased cookie shet, cover with clean towel and let rise for 30 minutes or doubled in size Bake in 350* oven for about 15-20 minutes Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds Slice and serve with burgers
