Ingredients For brownie cheesecake ice cream spiced rum bread

    1 cup brownie cheesecake ice cream , softened
  • Tbsp
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • c
    1/4 cup spiced rum
  • c
    3/4 cup self rising flour
  • Tbsp
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Tbsp
    1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • butter cooking spray
  • chocolate syrup
  • confectioners sugar

How To Make brownie cheesecake ice cream spiced rum bread

    In a bowl combine ice cream, vanilla extract, spiced rum, self rising flour, brown sugar and cinnamon powder, mix well.....

    Pour mixture into a bread loaf pan that has been coated with butter cooking spray.......

    Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until center is set.......

    Cool for 20 minutes, then remove from bread loaf pan......

    Serve with a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a sprinkle of confectioners sugar, and enjoy !!! Recipe can easily be doubled to make more , this amount makes a small loaf of ice cream bread .....
