Ingredients For broccoli cornbread

  • 1 BOX OF JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX
  • 4 EGGS, BEATEN
  • 1 - 9 OZ. BOX FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI
  • 1 STICK OF BUTTER / MARGARINE
  • 8 OZ. COTTAGE CHEESE, SMALL CURDS

How To Make broccoli cornbread

    PREPARE A 13 X 9 PAN WITH VEGETABLE SPRAY

    DEFROST BROCCOLI AND SQUEEZE OUT WATER

    MELT BUTTER / MARGARINE
  • 4
    ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, MIX AND POUR INTO PREPARED PAN

    BAKE AT 350 DEGREES (ABOUT 30 MINS.) UNTIL DONE
