Ingredients For beer bread

3 cflour

1 Tbspsugar

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1 canbeer
-
1-2 Tbspbutter/margarine, melted
- OPTIONAL ADD INS - ALL, SOME, OR NONE

1envelope (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning

garlic powder
-
shredded cheese
How To Make beer bread

1Grease a standard loaf pan. Preheat oven to 375.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together (and any add-ins). Stir in beer. Pour into bread pan. Top with melted butter.

3Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from center. Let cool slightly and remove from pan. Finish cooling on a wire rack.
