This is Hot Cheese Bread, with Seasonings . This Bread is good to serve with a roast chicken dinner. I think it's also good with Ham. The recipe is from Recipe 4 Living .

Ingredients For beaumonde bread

  • 1
    long loaf of french
  • 1 Tbsp
    poppy seeds
  • 1 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 tsp
    beaumonde seasonings, ( divided ) if you don't have beaumonde seasoning mix 1 tsp. celery seed and 1 tsp. garlic ,minced
  • 1/4 c
    minced, green onions
  • 1 lb
    swiss cheese, sliced and then slice the slice in half
  • heavy aluminum foil

How To Make beaumonde bread

    Pre- Heat oven to 350 - Cut bread across the top Diagonally, But not all the way through, as if you were slicing it to serve. . Poke cheese into each cut slot.

    into the melted butter add the, Poppy Seeds, Dry Mustard, 1 1/2 tsps. of the Beaumonde seasonings or the ( minced garlic and celery seed mixture ) and the minced green onions.

    Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil , Lay pieces of Heavy Aluminum foil out Long enough to completely cover the Bread, Place Bread on the foil laid out, pour the seasoned butter over the Bread, and sprinkle the remaining Beaumonde seasoning over the top of loaf and. Wrap the Bread in the foil and place on foil lined Baking Sheet. Bake for 30 Minutes .
