I know there are alot of Zucchini Bread recipes out there but this is the only one I ever use. It was a recipe that my Grandmother used. I do change it up by adding chocolate chips to it. My grandgirlies love it!

Ingredients For zucchini bread

3eggs
-
2 csugar
-
1 cvegetable oil
-
2 craw zucchini, grated, ground or blended

3 tspvanilla

3 cflour
-
1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda
-
1/4 tspbaking powder
-
3 tspcinnamon

2 tspnutmeg
-
1 cchopped nuts (if desired)
How To Make zucchini bread

1Beat eggs until light and foamy.

2Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.

3Mix lightly but well.

4Combine salt, soda, baking powder, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.

5Add to egg mixture. Stir until well blended. Add nuts.

6Pour into two 9"x5" pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cool on rack.
