My mom started making this cornbread when I was a kid and it's always been our favorite. So easy, and nothing better!! The sour cream makes it so buttery tasting, you don't even have to butter it, but then who wouldn't want extra butter??

1 cself rising cornmeal

1/2 cvegetable oil

1/2 tspsalt

2eggs

8 ozsour cream

4 ozcream style corn
How To Make yum yum cornbread

1Combine cornmeal and oil. Add eggs and stir. Add remaining ingredients & bake @ 400 degrees for 25 to 30 mins or until done!!
