2 pkgyeast

2 cwater, warm

1/4 csugar

1/4 tspsalt

2 Tbspbutter, melted

How To Make yeast white bread rolls

1In a large bowl mix 1 cup flour and all the rest of the ingredients. Stir in the remainder of the flour. Cover and allow to rest about 4 hours.

2Push down and kneed for a few minutes to form into loaves. Cover and allow to rise a second time, about 2 hours.

3Form into 24 rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Butter top and allow to cool on wire racks.
