Ingredients For williamsburg bread

  • 2 pkg
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • FILLING
  • (2) 8 oz box
    cream cheese
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1
    egg white (slightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup
    fine chopped pecans (optional)

How To Make williamsburg bread

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray sides and bottom of glass 13x9 casserole dish.

    Unroll 1 crescent roll into bottom of dish.
  • 3
    Mix ingredients for filling until creamy.Spread over dough. Top with second crescent dough. pinching together any open seams.

    Mix topping ingredients except egg white. Brush dough with egg white and cover with topping. Press topping into egg white for best results.

    Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Can be served warm or cold. ENJOY!!
