3/4 cwheat flour

1 cmilk

1/4 ccorn meal

1egg. lightly beaten

1/4 tspsalt

1 tspbutter, melted
How To Make wheat popovers

1Preheat oven 400 to with popover pan on rack.

2Sift flour and salt; beat egg very light and mix with milk; mix gradually with flour and add butter; beat 2 minutes.

3Pour into hot greased popover cups or pans; bake 20-30 minutes. The mixture should be very cold and the pans very hot.
