I love any kind of pizza .And this is really easy and it don't cost that much to make.

Ingredients For tomato -herb focaccia

    plum tomatoes very thinly sliced with 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2
    cloves of garlic crushed with press
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh rosemary and 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 lb
    pizza dough into 9" by 12' jelly roll pan.

How To Make tomato -herb focaccia

    Arrang 4 plum tomatoes, very thinly sliced ,in singer layer on paper towel .Sprinkle with 1/8 salt.In small bowl ,combine 2 tbsp olive oil ,2 garlic cloves crushed with press .2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary and 1/8 tsp salt .

    Press 1 lb pizza dough into 9" by 12" jell-roll pan.Spread herb oil on top.

    Bolt tomatoes.place on top of dough bake in 450 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
