    Add flour to a baking pan, shake it to level it out and transfer to the oven. Set the heat to Low broil.
  • 2
    As soon as the top of the flour starts browning, remove from the heat, stir well and level it out with the back of the spoon before returning to the oven
  • 3
    Repeat until the flour is nicely dark this can take about 2 hours
  • 4
    When desired toasting is achieved, remove from the heat and let the flour cool completely before transferring it to a container. Proceed with your recipe
