I created a bonus recipe for tiger sauce creation: try tiger sauce on cornbread. It's so delicious with fried chicken and mac and cheese.

Ingredients For tiger cornbread

2 cshredded pepperjack cheese, divided

2 pkgcorn muffin mix (8.5 ounces)

1 cheavy cream
-
3/4 cmargarine
-
4eggs, beaten
-
3/4 ctiger sauce
-
2banana peppers, chopped
-
1 cancream-style corn
-
8 ozcream cheese, cut into 1/2 cubes
How To Make tiger cornbread

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Coat a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese.

3In a large bowl, combine corn muffin mix, heavy cream, margarine, beaten eggs ,tiger sauce, chopped banana peppers,cream-style corn, and cubed cream cheese; whisk together until blended.

4Pour into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded pepperjack cheese

5Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
