Ingredients For three-grain waffles

1 cWhole Wheat Flour

1 cAll Bran Cereal

1 cWhole Gain Cornmeal

1 cdry milk powder
-
1 pkgactive dry yeast

1/4 tspSalt
-
2-1/2 cWater
-
2Eggs, well beaten

3 TbspCanola Oil
-
3 TbspHoney
How To Make three-grain waffles

1Combine dry ingredients. Add water, eggs, oil & honey. Beat with electric mixer for 1 minute on medium speed. Cover loosely & refrigerate overnight.

2Give the mixture a stir before placing 1/2 cup on preheated waffle iron. Close lid quickly. Cook 5-6 minutes. Serve with butter & syrup plus fruit if you like. Simple.
