the best low carb/gluten free bread

I have been looking for a good low carb bread that keeps it shape. One that has a nice crust and is soft in the middle and I think I finely did it.this bread is so good slice for a sandwich or toast with butter and jam. I hope everyone love this as much as I do. I may have to try different flavor

Ingredients For the best low carb/gluten free bread

  • 8
    eggs, separated
  • 3/4 c
    protein powder plain zero carbs
  • 1/2 c
    coconut butter
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    stevia or munkfruit sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 TSPS BAKING POWDER
  • 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA

How To Make the best low carb/gluten free bread

    Separate eggs whip white till cream like whip cream 5 to 6 min.spray bread pan line with parchment paper.

    In a med size bowl mix egg yolks,both butters protein powder, heavy cream and sweetener,baking powder and baking soda.

    When whites are ready take a little put into egg yolk mixer then fold very carefully the rest of the white a little at a time . If there is a little white not mixed no big deal.

    Pour batter into bread pan cook in a 375 degree oven for about 40 min. Keep an eye on it I turned mine half way through cool on a wire rack.
