Ingredients For tea bread

1 chot steeped tea

1 craisins, currants, sultanas, etc.

1 cbrown sugar

1egg
-
2 cflour

2 tspbaking powder
How To Make tea bread

1Mix the hot tea, fruit, and brown sugar in a bowl (don't forget to remove the teabag after its steeped to strong)

2Leave this mixture to soak overnight.

3Next morning, add egg, flour, and baking powder. Mix well. Put into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.Test center for doneness. Slice and serve warm or cold with butter or jam.
