  • 1 can
    (15-oz) cream style corn
  • 1 can
    (4-oz) green chile peppers, well drained
  • 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 c
    self rising yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 9 X 13-inch baking dish; set aside.
