We always have this at Barbecues and get togethers, it is great. You could add different stuff to the filling, I am sure it would be great...Enjoy

Ingredients For stuffed french bread

  • 1
    fresh french loaf bread
  • 1
    pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2
    bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1
    16 oz. pkkg of mozrella cheese, shredded
  • 1
    8 oz. sour cream

How To Make stuffed french bread

  • 1
    Take french bread loaf and dig out center of bread. Cut off each end of bread. I usually put the extra bread into a bowl for sealing ends.

    Set bread aside. Using mixer, beat everything together in bowl.

    Take a tablespoon and stuff bread from each end until filling meets in center. You could use a piping bag, I suppose.

    Wrap bread in foil by rolling it up. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes. Let cool and slice.
