I love this recipe! I love 'Stuffed Bread'! My favorite type of recipe lies within--so many optionals..do it your way and enjoy, right? As for me, I don't leave anything out!! :)

Ingredients For stuffed bread

1 pkgpillsbury hot roll mix

1egg (for roll mix)

1 lgonion, chopped

1/2 lbsausage or ground beef, cooked

1/2 lbmozzarella cheese, shredded

salt and pepper, to taste

1 craw spinach, shredded (optional)

1 cmushrooms, sliced and cooked (optional)

romano or parmesan cheese (optional)
How To Make stuffed bread

1Make hot roll mix according to directions. (It is not necessary to let dough rise.) Roll dough into large 10x15 inch rectangle.

2Roll dough into large 10x15 inch rectangle Sprinkle rest of desired ingredients on dough.

3Roll up tightly, jelly roll fashion. Seal ends. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you like.

4Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes until bubbly. Freezes well. Cut in slices before freezing. Heat in foil.
