Ingredients For squaw bread

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powders
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • milk (enough to make a dough)

How To Make squaw bread

  • 1
    Combine ingredients. Divide dough into round pones the size of your skillet and 1/8- inch thick. Fry in 1/4- inch hot cooking oil quickly, until golgen brown on each side. Cut into wedges and serve hot. Delicious with butter and honey or jams.
